The NETWORK "BUSINESS
COOPERATION PLASTIRA" with the international trade's
name "PLASTIRASNET" was established in the
framework of the Leader+ initiative.
The Members of the "BUSINESS COOPERATION PLASTIRA"
have the know - how in the promotion and communication
fields, are old or new businessmen who are active in
the sectors of hotels, restaurants and production of
local products in the geographical area of the Leader+
initiative of the Local Action Group of ANKA SA (Karditsa
Development SA).

Anyone who practices a business activity, accepts
the aims of the network and has the possibility
of positively contributing to the promotion and
serving of its targets with the condition that
its town planning characteristics are not altered
can become a member of the NETWORK.
The NETWORK is administered by a Board consisting
of 3 members which is elected by the General Assembly
and a prudential committee consisting of 2 members.

Those that for various reasons do not wish to
be members can become “Friends of the Network”.
The institution “Friend of the Network” is secured
by the charter. They do no have the right to vote
and be elected in the NETWORK bodies. They do
not pay a subscription fee, and they do not have
any financial or other responsibility to the NETWORK.
They participate in all the NETWORK activities
following an invitation. They can be simple members
or members of the administrative committee of
a forum established
with the responsibility of the NETWORK.

Basic
aims of the NETWORK |
- The provision of help for the management of business
issues of its members and friends with emphasis on
the quality of the provided services.
- The protection of members and “friends” from unfair
competition.
- The education and updating of its members about
issues of business research in its activity sectors.
- The study, investigation, research, and discussion
of and about development issues of the businesses,
members of the NETWORK, and Agrotourism.
- The promotion of the total number of businesses
participating in the Network as well as of each business
separately.
- The cultivation and promotion of environmental
consciousness, management behaviours and policies
in a wide range of activities concerning the economy,
culture and the social action of the businesses in
the region of Plastira Lake and anywhere else there
are members of the NETWORK.
- The development and dissemination of scientific
knowledge and research in the sectors which promote
the environmental sustainability, solidarity and cooperation
spirit in the exchange of information and experiences
of successful business and corporate practices.
- The cooperation with other organisations, centres,
institutes, associations, foundations and societies
of Greece and abroad which have wholly or partially
similar aims to the ones of the NETWORK.
- The undertaking of any kind of initiatives aiming
at the protection of the environment of the action
area of the NETWORK, the accreditation of the quality
of the offered products and services of businesses
members, friends and other professionals of the region.

We aspire to promote
the aforementioned activities with the cooperation of
members and friends of the NETWORK and other local or
not bodies via the operation of one or more fora.
